Staff member attends LGBTQ roundtable
Christopher Hinesley, assistant director for Campus Life, The Q Center, represented RIT on June 19 at the New York State Attorney General’s Roundtable on LGBTQ issues, including equity in education, healthcare disparities, legal reform and pending legislation. Also present were representatives from Empire Justice, Out Alliance, Center for Youth/City Council, Volunteer Legal Services, mental health providers and the University of Rochester. Topics of focus were equity in education, healthcare disparities, legal reform, and pending legislation.

RIT Global students set to present at Imagine RIT
Students from RIT’s global campuses will be making the trek to the U.S. for this year’s Imagine RIT: Creativity and Innovation Festival. Teams from all of RIT's global campuses will be presenting their exhibits in the Gordon Field House; this is the second year that students from global campuses will be attending the festival in person.
