Chef de Cuisine Daniel Morales created a pepperoni and sausage pizza at 700 degrees in 100 seconds in a new ceramic pizza oven, producing a crisp crust with a good char. Gracie's, RIT's largest dining facility, has reopened after a $2 million renovation of its kitchen and serving areas this summer.
