On 8-11 August, E. William Clymer, PEN-International Coordinator attended the 36th All Nippon Deaf Education Conference in Sapporo, Japan. Professor Clymer presented a paper to the information technology sub-group of the conference, entitled "Online Learning at PEN-International" and met with approximately 450 deaf educators and parents who stopped at the PEN-International information booth and display. The conference was also attended by Professor Araki, Professor Suto and others from the faculty of Tsukuba College of Technology, a PEN-International partner.
