On March 21, 2003, E. William Clymer, Coordinator of PEN-International attended the 18th International CSUN Conference on Technology and Persons with Disabilities, Los Angles, CA. Professor Clymer presented a paper, "The Postsecondary Educational Network-International, A Worldwide University Collaboration Serving Deaf Students", which was co-authored with James DeCaro, Director of PEN-International. The conference was attended by over 4200 educators and disability experts from United States and over 40 foreign countries. There were over 150 exhibitors and 270 general sessions on a wide variety of topics.
