PEN Presents at Conference on Emerging Technologies
A paper was presented by PEN-International at the Fourth Annual Conference on Videoconferencing and Emerging Technologies at Gallaudet University on 20 April 2004. The paper detailed how PEN is utilizing ISDN technology to conduct trans-pacific training and to conduct business meetings between and within PEN partner countries. The paper was presented by Dr. Jeff Porter on behalf of the three authors.
