On 22 April 2004, E. William Clymer, coordinator of PEN-International, presented a poster regarding PEN-International at the PEPNet conference in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The poster was visited by more than 200 conference participants who were able to learn about the programs and services of PEN-International.

Additionally, Olga Orechkina and Sofia Vichniakova, both from the faculty of Bauman Moscow State Technical University (BMSTU), presented a poster that described the organization and accomplishments of PEN-International within Russia.
