From 20-25 July 2009, Dr. James J. DeCaro, E. William Clymer, and Dr. Eleanor Rosenfield represented PEN-International at the Association on Higher Education And Disability 2009 Conference, "Global Access: Opening a World of Opportunity" in Louisville, Kentucky. DeCaro, Clymer, and Rosenfield presented their paper, "Captioning & Interpreting for STEM Students Using Cyberinfrastructure: A Recommendation Report." More than 30 people attended this paper session.
