On 18 and 19 November, Jim DeCaro, Desiree Duda and Barbara Keefe participated in the PEPNet-Japan seminars at Nihon Fukushi University in Nagoya, Japan. Professor Duda and Keefe presented to the assembled audience of 170+ educators from across Japan regarding the roles and responsibilities of coordinators in the USA PEPNet structure. Dr. DeCaro presented a series of closing comments to the assembled seminar participants.

Dr. DeCaro also attended the business meeting of PEPNet-Japan on 19 November since PEN-International is a major supporter of the program. At the meeting, a series of expected outcomes for the next fiscal year were discussed.
