A delegation of 15 students, faculty and staff from the National Technical Institute for the Deaf at Rochester Institute of Technology and Tsukuba College of Technology visited Tianjin Technical College for the Deaf of Tianjin University of Technology and China during November 2001. The six USA students and three Japanese students participated in cultural events, visited classes and engaged in lively discussions with their Chinese colleagues.
