A delegation of 10 students, faculty and staff from Bauman Moscow State Technical University visited the National Technical Institute for the Deaf at Rochester Institute of Technology during February 2003. The delegation participated in cultural events, visited classes, and engaged in lively discussions with their American colleagues.
