On 8-9-10 December, Mr. Liu Hong (Chairperson of the Tianjin Federation for the Disabled), Mr. Zhao Jinsheng (Director, Office of the Chair, Tianjin Federation for the Disabled), Mr. Jin Fenghui (Director of Finance, Tianjin University of Technology) and Mr. Zhang Jianquing (TUT PEN-International Coordinator) visited the PEN-International home offices at NTID. The purpose of the visit was to discuss new areas for collaboration between TUT, PEN-International and the Tianjin Federation for the Disabled. The meetings were extremely productive and the outline for a new program was agreed upon. Following further discussions of the concept via videoconferencing in January and February, the new initiative will be announced.
