The Korea National College for Rehabilitation and Welfare was visited by PEN-International Director DeCaro, Coordinator Clymer, and Mr. Ishii of The Nippon Foundation (16 to 21 September 2003). The purpose of the visit was to determine if the college is prepared to join PEN-International. After subsequent discussions with President Kim of the college, it was decided that more time is required to make a final determination.
