PEN-International Delegation Meets with President Sasakawa at The Nippon Foundation Headquarters
On 19 October 2004, PEN-International director DeCaro formally introduced Dr. T. Alan Hurwitz as the new RIT Vice President for NTID and Dean/CEO of NTID to President Sasakawa of The Nippon Foundation. In addition, Mr. Sasakawa was presented with a briefing regarding plans for year five of PEN-International. Further he was briefed regarding innovative components of the forthcoming Second PEN-International Five-Year Plan.
