Director Ohno Participates in Conference at TUT and Meets PEN-China Directors
Mr. Shuichi Ohno, Executive Director of the Nippon Foundation, helped open the Higher Special Education Conference at TUT on 15 October 2004 (see full text of his presentation).
In addition, Mr. Ohno met with Director Bao of TUT and the directors of the two other PEN-China member institutions:
- QU, Xueli, president of the Special Education College of Beijing Union University
- WANG, Aiguo, president of the Special Education College of Changchun University
The meeting provided Director Ohno an opportunity to question the three directors as regards the impact and accomplishments of PEN-International at their respective universities.
