A delegation supported by the China Disable Persons' Federatio consisting of 17 experts from across China conducted a study tour of PEN-international and NTID from 12 to 15 October. The CDPF organized this visit in collaboration with PEN to introduce leaders in the field of education of people who are deaf and special education to the work of PEN. The delegation was headed by Mr. Pang RunHui, the President of the Mongolian Disabled Persons' Federation and consisted of the following individuals:
