On 7 and 8 December, working sessions were held with Dr. Gladys Tang at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The purpose of the sessions was to discuss collaboration between CUHK and NTID as PEN-International moves to address the secondary education needs of people who are deaf in the Asia-Pacific Basin. It was determined that CUHK and NTID will collaborate on this effort. Presently, specific plans are being developed by Dr. Tang and Dr. DeCaro. A preliminary draft is expected by the end of Year 9 of PEN-International.
