A delegation from the National-Tsukuba University of Technology (N-TUT) in Tsukuba, Japan, visited Bauman Moscow State Technical University (BMSTU) to plan for collaboration between the two universities. President Naoki Ohnuma, President of N-TUT, was accompanied by N-TUT professor Tsutomu Araki. At the conclusion of their discussions, a five- year cooperative agreement was signed with BMSTU Rector Federov.
