President of the American University of Kosovo, Christopher G. L. Hall, visited PEN-International on 10 February 2010 to learn more about NTID and the PEN-International program. He recently learned of a primary school for the deaf in Kosovo and is interested in providing this school with the tools and technology needed to best prepare these students for success.
