Olga Oreskina, V. Safranov, Maxim Levachov, William Clymer, and James DeCaro presented a series of seminars at the Bauman PEN Lab on 18 November 2003. Participating in the seminars were representatives of the Russian Ministry of Education, the Russian Ministry of Labor, Moscow City Government, Novgorod University, and members of the Center on Deafness at Bauman. A total of 20 individuals participated in the seminars.
