Bauman Moscow State Technical University conducted instructional technology workshops on 4 and 5 February for administrators and teachers from four secondary schools from Moscow. Each day's seminar had a different focus

• 4 February: Integrating information technologies into education process for deaf and hard-of-hearing people
• 5 February: Use of interactive smart board and presentation strategies and the use of digital video presenter and scanner technologies for the preparation of instructional materials

A total of 16 administrators and faculty members were trained by the members of the Bauman PEN Team.
