DeCaro and Hurwitz Keynote at Bauman International Conference of Education of People with Disabilities
On 7 June 2007, Dr. DeCaro and Dr. Hurwitz presented keynote addresses at the International Conference on Education of People with Disabilities at Bauman Moscow State Technical University (See the presentations). There were more than 200 attendees from education, government, business and associations for people with disabilities at the conference. The conference was chaired by Rector Fedorov of Bauman who stressed the importance of providing high quality education and services for men and women who are disabled.
