On 4 November 2004, Dr. T. Alan Hurwitz, Dr. James J. DeCaro, and Professor E. William Clymer presented a seminar regarding the work of PEN-International to the World Bank Disability and Development Team at World Bank Headquarters in Washington, District of Columbia. The presentation focused upon PEN's efforts to improve postsecondary education for deaf men and women around the world. The luncheon seminar and subsequent Q&A session were broadcast by teleconference to National University in California.
