Saxophone Quartet

This ensemble is designed for intermediate to advanced saxophonists who wish to understand the fundamentals of performing music written and arranged for saxophone and participating as a member of an ensemble. Various solo, duo, trio, and quartet performance opportunities are available. Prior instruction is not required, but recommended.

Saxophone Ensemble is a non-credit ensemble that meet weekly to explore and enjoy not only the original saxophone quartet music but also arrangements of jazz, pop, and various other genres of music. Interested students should contact performingarts@rit.edu.
