Bruce Austin

Bruce Austin is RIT Press’s Director. His academic training is in mediated communication. Before coming to the Press, he was Professor and Chair of the Department (now School) of Communication for 15 years. His writing ranges from scholarly research on the audiences for theatrical motion pictures to journalistic reporting on antiques for a number of periodicals.
Molly Cort

Molly Q. Cort, Managing Editor, has a B.S. in Education from the University of Utah and a M.S. in Communication & Media Technologies from Rochester Institute of Technology. Molly has worked at RIT Press since 2008 and previously worked as Production Manager for the University of Rochester Press. Prior to her career in publishing, she was a freelance writer and editor, taught business courses and managed contracts in the energy business.
Marnie Soom

Marnie Soom is RIT Press’s Design and Marketing Specialist, a position she has held since 2005. In addition to designing four to six printed books annually, she manages the Press’s social media and oversees ebook file production. Marnie has a BFA in Graphic Design and an MS in Print Media, both from RIT.
