Faculty and staff who have a higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19 infection, or who live with individuals at higher risk, may request an accommodation to perform the essential functions of their job. Several factors, beyond this list, can contribute to an increased risk. As new information becomes available, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and RIT will update this list.

Obesity (body mass index of 30 or higher)

Type 2 diabetes mellitus
