Faculty and staff who have a higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19 infection, or who live with individuals at higher risk, may request an accommodation to perform the essential functions of their job. Several factors, beyond this list, can contribute to an increased risk. As new information becomes available, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and RIT will update this list. Students with conditions that may place them at a higher risk for COVID-19 infection are encouraged to contact RIT’s Disability Services Office for appropriate accommodations if needed.
