RIT is moving toward the resumption of on-campus laboratory-based research activities.

RIT has established policies and procedures for the resumption of on-campus laboratory-based research activities. Requests for resumption of on-campus research activities require that an application be submitted, which includes a checklist that must be filled out by the appropriate lab and facilities manager certifying that the areas to be used are deemed safe for the resumption of activities.

You will need to fill out the General Laboratory Reopening application, which needs to be signed by your college/division dean and the vice president for Research. The application can be found on the Sponsored Research Services website.
