HUMAN-CENTRIC PATIENT AND PROVIDER CONNECTION
Team 4: Human-Centric Patient and Provider Connection
Problem: Providers for patients who are critically ill, bedridden or with other ICU related conditions often lose sight of who their patient was before being admitted to the hospital. Such patients would also appreciate an ability to visit with loved ones from afar. Design a human-centric solution that can facilitate connection between patients and providers, as well as between patients and their families and/or friends. Such technology would allow posting of messages and pictures about or to the patient.
