Noah Wexler is a manager, marketer, and fitness professional working towards an MS degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovative Ventures at RIT. He is a versatile leader with experience in business startups, product development, team management, and customer discovery. Noah has been working closely with Silvia Caraballo, who is getting her MS in Management, Global Management and Supply Chain Management also at RIT. Silvia hopes to empower South American communities through education and entrepreneurship programs, particularly women community members. The MS in Management provides real-world experiences that she can apply toward her goals of developing social venture organizations for indigenous communities. As a leadership fellow, the program has connected her with business leaders as mentors to help expand upon knowledge and skills acquired from the management program.
Noah has been a business student for his entire career at RIT and has been involved with multiple startup projects and programs. He started by entering and winning the RIT Tiger Tank competition in Fall 2015. He then applied to other Simone Center business model competitions and participated in the Saunders Summer Startup Program Summer 2016. Noah has also gone through the Applied Entrepreneurship course twice, while earning course credit through the Simone Center and is now completing an independent study to finish his MS degree. Each experience has built on each other and has exposed him to new aspects of startup creation.
Silvia brings a significant amount of experience to the team. She has goals of developing social venture organizations for indigenous communities. As a leadership fellow of Saunders College of Business, the program has connected her with business leaders as mentors to help expand upon knowledge and skills acquired from the management program.
Together, Noah and Silvia have formed Pacha Charque, an upcoming social venture created by RIT students. The goal is to foster improved lifestyles for communities in the United States and Bolivia. Pacha Charque provides lean, organic meat that is nutritionally superior to support healthier lifestyles and diet options for these communities.
