This course is an introduction to statistics and probability that provides students with techniques to analyze and interpret quality control data. Topics include problem solving techniques such as the fishbone and flowcharting; descriptive statistics statistical tables and graphs, measures of central tendency and dispersion); hypothesis testing; distributions commonly used in quality management; and one-way ANOVA.
