Management for Quality

Successful companies integrate quality techniques and concepts throughout their operations. This course addresses issues in developing and managing an effective organization, including defining a quality philosophy, delighting the customer, the role of strategic planning, enhancing the employee involvement, and sustaining quality initiatives. Additional topics include evaluating quality standards and systems, benchmarking, and vendor and supplier assurance.
