Catherine Dill is a Senior Research Associate at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. She has a broad research portfolio that includes extensive work on satellite imagery and remote sensing analysis on nuclear nonproliferation-related issues, including open-source research, satellite image processing, geospatial analysis, familiarity with multiple satellite sensors. Catherine has helped to established geo4nonpro.org, a crowdsourcing website dedicated to analyzing satellite imagery of sites on nonproliferation and defense interest. Previously, she worked as a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton as a radiological and nuclear threats analyst in Washington, DC. Catherine holds a MA in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, and a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
