Pitcher 'Sunflower'

$90.00

Salt glazed stoneware was produced by potters in the mid-19th century. This piece is turned on the potter’s wheel, decorated and glazed by hand and fired in one of the on-site kilns. Genesee Country Village & Museum is one of the last living history museums in the country to fire salt glazed stoneware in a wood fueled kiln. All glazes are lead free and perfectly suited for everyday kitchen use (oven and dishwasher safe) as well as a striking decorative piece for your home.

Shop One partners with Genesee Country Village & Museum to bring this beautiful handmade piece, made in an historic and genuine potter’s shed on the grounds of GCV&M to you.
