RIT’s 40th Annual Juggle-In

RIT’s 40th Annual Juggle-In

Can’t juggle? Don’t worry about it!

We know it’s almost Week 10 and you’re probably juggling a lot (see what we did there?), but take a study break and check out the 40th RIT Spring Juggle-In, sponsored by the RIT Juggling Club with the help of the RIT Student Government!

In years past, it’s been attended by over 700 people and it’s one of the longest running juggling festivals in the country! What’s more is that you don’t even really have to know how to juggle, which is great because you should see me try to throw a ball. There’s a variety of juggling games, competitions, and shows. There will also be a special guest performance by Wes Peden, Tony Pezzo, and Patrik Elmnert, who will be performing in their show, Water on Mars!

RIT’s own Juggling Club will also be there showing off some tricks and teaching others the basics of juggling. They describe themselves as being pretty relaxed and informal, which is awesome because I think there is a large group of busy students here at RIT who want to get involved in a group that simply just shows up somewhere to hang out with people who have a love for something. It’s a really great way for students to pick up a fun new skill and all you have to do is bring yourself!

The Juggle-In will be held in the Clark Gym next weekend on April 7-9! Did we forget to mention that it’s free to anyone?  You can also follow the event on Facenook. Click here more information on event times and descriptions!
