The Center for Campus Life Vending Office is sponsoring our 16th annual Fall Semester Craft Sale!

When:  Friday, December 8th, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Where:  Student Alumni Union. If you are interested in Vending we are still accepting applications!

Who:  Vendor participation is limited to employees of the University, RIT Alumni, and friends of RIT.  However, everyone is welcome to come shop!

How to Participate

All vendors must fill out and turn in the Fall Craft Sale Vendor Agreement.  There is a $25 fee to participate, and vendors may only reserve one table for this event.  Payment may only be made by check or money order, payable to Rochester Institute of Technology.  Payment must be turned in with your Vendor Agreement.

Vendors will be assigned to the SAU Lobby and hallway leading to and inside the Fireside Lounge.  We will not be able to accommodate special location requests unless they involve the need for a electrical outlet.  Electrical outlets are limited and requests for their use will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.  This criterion may place you in Fireside Lounge.

Registration will be open now until Wednedsay, November 15, 2017.

Submitting Your Application

You may submit your Vendor Agreement and payment to the secure drop box located inside a small room labeled "Student Organizations Drop Box" outside of the center for Campus Life office on the first floor of the Campus Center (Building 3). or you may send them through interoffice mail to Carol J. Reed, Center for Campus Life, Building 3, Suite 1030. We will send a confirmation email as soon as possible to all vendors who have paid in full.

Table assignments will be emailed or mailed to you approximately one week before the sale.
