Get to the game and support your Tigers with SAAC and the Center for Campus Life through Tiger Den events!
Tiger Den season is in full swing! Join the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and the Center for Campus Life as they team up to support RIT Athletics and build school spirit through each Tiger Den event.
Get involved in the athletic experience at RIT and show your support for the athletes that work hard to maintain good academic standings and perform well on the field, court, pool, and more, with Tiger Den! This is a great opportunity to show your school spirit and appreciation for our athletes, while attending some of the best games of the season! Not only do athletes appreciate the support, but most RIT teams will select rivalry games or conference match-ups for the most attendance and tiger pride.
“Being a student athlete myself, I can tell you that my Tiger Den event is always my favorite meet to compete at. It’s great to see all the students come out to support my teammates and I,” said Sean Terry, Tiger Den Student Assistant and Student Athlete.
To show their appreciation for their fans, attendees will also receive free food and giveaways! So don’t miss out on what might be the best game of the season!
RIT is looking forward to a great year for all teams! Women’s Soccer is currently ranked No. 20 in the most recent NSCAA Division III poll, Women's Volleyball was picked to finish second in the 2015 Liberty League Preseason Coaches poll, and the Swimming & Diving teams are coming back from their record breaking season last year. And of course, the Women’s and Men’s Hockey teams are back at it again, after numerous achievements and titles from their last season.
Free food, free swag, and tiger pride, what more could you ask for?! Get to the game and support your Tigers!
