About
The Leadership Scholars are a team of students who work alongside staff in the office to develop and implement programs and services for the RIT community. These paid positions require a greater level of commitment to the office and its mission, a desire to work in a fast-paced (and fun) environment and, a willingness to prioritize the position among the top one or two co-curricular involvements.
Positions
- Alternative Break: Organize and implement RIT's signature alternative break programs, providing action-oriented trips during University spring breaks.
- Into the ROC: Plan and implement service events and cultural outings each semester designed to introduce participants to some of Rochester's most notable service agencies and local attractions.
- momentum: Support the growth and development of momentum: a program for students who want to make a change in the community by developing their leadership skills but don't know where to start.
- Voter Engagement: Plan and implement ROAR the Vote programming including voter registration drives, non-partison voter education programs, and voter turnout efforts.
Compensation
- $2400 stipend
