Facilities: The camp will be held in the Rochester Institute of Technology Judson Pool, part of the state of the art Gordon Field House. The diving well is 14 feet deep with 2 one-meters and 2 three-meters.  A trampoline, overhead spotting rig, sparging system (Bubbler) and 2 Web enabled TiVo Digital Video review televisions are also used for instruction.

    Program Objectives:

The primary goals of this camp are for divers to improve their technical skills and to help instruct and motivate divers while encouraging their progress in the sport. Divers are taught in a structured and enjoyable environment that emphasizes goal setting and individual improvement. The camp focuses on approach, hurdle, aerial, and entry work, utilizing trampoline and Tivo technology. Participants will also receive instruction in dry land training specific to diving. Participants will be broken into smaller groups based upon age and ability, which will allow for individualized instruction. All groups will be instructed by the assistant coaches, under the direct supervision of diving coach Cliff Devries. Overall the program provides an excellent pre-season fall/winter training session for all levels of divers from beginner to advanced and fun-filled camp activities with friends.
