Spring Orientation is a one-day event on Friday, Jan. 10, 2020 full of opportunities to connect with RIT campus resources, meet with your college, and meet other new students.

Student Resources

We know you’re busy and have a lot going on. That’s why we’ve created a one-day Orientation to help you connect with campus partners, get your student ID, meet with your academic program, and end the day with a fun activity to do with other new students.

Spring Orientation Guide

Spring 2020 Move-In Day is Thursday, Jan. 9. Please refer to the Spring Arrival Guide, and contact RIT Housing with questions at 585-475-2572 or housing@rit.edu.

You must register to participate in Spring Orientation by Monday, Jan. 6, 2020. Check-In will occur on Friday, Jan. 10, 2020 from 1-1:30 p.m. in the Student Alumni Union (SAU), 1829 Room.

Parent and Family Resources

Parents and families are able to attend RIT Spring Orientation 2020; however, we ask that your student meets with their academic advisor on their own. Please have your student indicate your attendance in their Orientation Registration form.
