Welcome to RIT's online survey tool, Qualtrics. Qualtrics is the world’s leading online survey and insight platform. Within the academic space, they work with more than 1,800 universities, colleges and other academic institutions. These institutions use Qualtrics for collecting data for academic research, experiments, assessments, research projects, polling, evaluations and market research, just to name a few.
RIT is happy to announce the addition of the File Upload feature to our Qualtrics License. This feature is available to all RIT Qualtrics users. For information on using the File Upload question type in your surveys, please see the Qualtrics support page.

What if I cannot log in?
Students, faculty, staff, and student employees can log into Qualtrics with your RIT Computer Account using the link above. If you don't remember your username or password, you can use the self-help tools at start.rit.edu to get your account credentials. If you need additional assistance please contact the ITS Service Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or 585-475-4357.

All members of the RIT community are eligible to browse Qualtrics help documents, and to engage Qualtrics support by phone, chat, or email. (For a small subset of issues, Qualtrics support may refer you to RIT's brand administrator. If this occurs, please contact the ITS Service Desk with the details of your request.)
