With high rates of adoption of collaborative robots in Industry, it becomes necessary to address issues like Worker safety and comfort. Collisions between Humans and robots are the main cause of injury to workers. Besides that, When working with robots, Workers find it harder to anticipate the actions of the robot or find natural ways to communicate with them. By integrating Augmented Reality, Computer Vision and  Physiological monitoring I want to look at enhancing worker safety and comfort. I am proposing a framework that will use Head Mounted Displays, Digital Twins, safety monitoring algorithms along with established Human Computer Interaction principles, to bridge this communication gap.
