Hours of Operation (during the academic year when classes are in session):
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m.-9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

When classes are not in session, hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Classroom support is not available when the university is closed.

Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: Noon - 5 p.m. (phone, email, and chat only)

Classes not in Session

The service desk is closed when the university is closed.

myCourses After-Hours Only Support

Please contact Academic Technology Support first, during regular business hours.

After-hours myCourses support is available directly through the vendor, D2L (the vendor refers to myCourses as "Brightspace"). They will not be able to assist with any other products used at RIT, or with any RIT-specific features related to myCourses.
