About

Dr. Manisha Kankarej is a faculty in Department of Mathematics and Sciences, Rochester Institute of Technology, Dubai since Spring 2023. Prior to that Dr. Manisha has taught at Zayed University (Dubai) for 12 years and National Defence Academy (India) for 2 years. She has over 23 years of experience in teaching Mathematics to the students of graduate and postgraduate level. In her academic career she has the experience of teaching Probability & Statistics, Topology, Functional Analysis, Theory of Relativity, Complex Analysis, Linear Algebra, Vector Calculus, Numerical Analysis and Calculus. She has experience of teaching cadets from army, navy & air force, and students of different cultural background.

Manisha has got her doctorate in Pure Mathematics, from India. Her current research interest includes Differential Geometry, Hydrogeology, Theory of Relativity, Mathematical Modelling, and application of technology to enhance students learning.
