The Leadership Academy @ Saunders offers free certification programs to RIT students across all colleges to build personal leadership skills for co-op and career success in a fun and engaging environment. This spring semester, The Leadership Academy is offering two programs:

Business Skills for Aspiring Leaders Certificate Program

This program aims to introduce non-business students to critical business concepts and skills to help them navigate the professional world effectively. Students will practice these concepts and skills through an interactive case study and workshops facilitated by Saunders faculty, alums, industry coaches, and upper-class student leaders.

Global Leadership Certificate Program

The global certificate program focuses on managing and leading people in a global environment. This certificate program aims to help students build foundational skills to work with people worldwide and lead organizations operating across international boundaries.
