Flexible and Online Organizational Leadership and Innovation

The organizational leadership and innovation (OLI) master of science is an online and flexible choice for students who want to create a culture of entrepreneurship as they spearhead organizational change in fast-paced, technology-driven contexts. Designed to be completed part or full-time, the curriculum provides students with tools to anticipate and take strategic advantage of emerging technologies.

Courses explore strategic foresight and innovation to lead teams and organizations. Students choose from such electives as diversity in the global workplace, introduction to data analytics and business intelligence, leading innovation, and design thinking and creativity.
