The EMS Campus desktop client can be used by space owners to manage rooms in the RIT Events system. This client can be installed on Windows computers connected to the MAIN or Finance domains using the RIT Application Catalog. To install the desktop client:
- In the Windows Start Menu, look for a folder named "Microsoft System Center "
- Within that folder, click "Application Catalog"
- Search through the list of available applications and click EMS Campus
- Click Install
If you encounter problems installing the EMS Campus software through the Application Catalog, contact ITS to troubleshoot the issue.

How to access the EMS Campus desktop client while not connected to the RIT MAIN or Finance domain
In order to access the EMS Campus desktop client from an unsupported device, such as a Mac, mobile device, personal computer, or a computer not joined to an ITS-supported domain, you must use the RemoteApp. For instructions on how to use Remote App, visit https://www.rit.edu/its/services/remoteapp
