Application for Graduation

If you are planning to finish your degree requirements within this academic year (by the end of fall, winter, spring or summer quarters), please fill out an Application for Graduation and return to your academic program office as soon as possible. Your name will not appear in the Commencement Book if this form is turned in after April 15, 2009. You can get an Application for Graduation from your department office, the Registrar's Office or online at Application for Graduation.

Hotel Reservations

As hotel rooms book up very quickly, please encourage your guests to make their hotel reservations as soon as possible (now is not too early!). Please click here to go to the Greater Rochester Visitors Association's list of area hotels.

Graduation Fair

On February 13, plan to attend the Graduation Fair to mark 100 days until graduation. The Fair will be held from 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. in the Student Alumni Union Lobby. Representatives from the colleges, Financial Aid, Career Services, Graduate Enrollment Services, Campus Connections (caps and gowns, announcements, diploma frames, class rings etc.), Alumni Relations, Chappell Photographers, and the Greater Rochester Visitors Bureau (among others!) will be available as well as information on ordering ceremony DVDs. There will be raffle prizes and other free things! Please plan to stop by for one-stop information about Commencement Weekend 2009.
