Provost's Award for Excellence in Faculty Mentoring: Nomination Form
The Excellence in Faculty Mentoring Award recognizes an RIT faculty member who has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to faculty mentoring by actively helping non-tenured faculty in developing their career(s) at RIT by offering advice, feedback and guidance that reflects a deep understanding of their department, college and university.
A non-tenured, tenure-track RIT faculty member may nominate an RIT faculty member who does not have positional authority over him/her and who has acted as their mentor in a formal or informal capacity for at least one year. Groups of protégés may nominate a single mentor. If your nomination is among the finalists, you and the nominee may be contacted to provide more information.
