The Office of the Provost and Faculty Career Development created the Adjunct Professional Development Grant to provide funds for adjunct faculty to be used toward their professional development, such as attending conferences, workshops, meetings or delivering presentations as a means to further their expertise in teaching at RIT.

You must submit your application online along with a Verification Form from your department head/chair. Applications considered without a signed Verification Form will not be considered. Application due dates for the 2018-2019 academic will be posted in early fall 2018.
Check back in fall 2018 for updated materials.
On the application you will provide:
Proposals will be reviewed by a selection committee, and recipients will be notified by December 1. If you are awarded a grant, you will receive instructions for accessing funds and reporting on the use of your grant.
We would like to share your experience and request that all grant recipients help disseminate their results by completing a brief report following the project’s completion sharing the impact of this grant on your professional development, success in your discipline, teaching, etc.; your outcomes may be used on the FCDS website or other materials.
