AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE & INTERPRETING EDUCATION

The Department of American Sign Language and Interpreting Education (ASLIE) at NTID has one of its responsibilities to provide Sign Language instruction to all RIT faculty and staff. The Faculty/Staff Sign Language Education Program (FSSLEP) offers an array of learning opportunities each quarter (including summer) in the form of classes, individualized instruction and American Sign Language group instruction. These courses are listed and described on the ASLIE web site (web site listed below). Registration for these courses is done online at this site as well.
