Choose Plant Based

Over 30% of food options on campus are plant-based. We committed to making 50% of restaurant menus plant-based by 2025. Swap out a meat protein for a plant-based one once a week. Try the build-your-own grain bowl at Gracie’s, the tempeh sandwich at Café and Market at Crossroads, the vegan grill at Brick City Café, or substituting meat for tofu at several of our dining locations.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

Dishware

Dining in and using washable dishware is the most sustainable choice you can make to reduce waste produced by carry-out containers, paper and one-time use products.

OZZI

When you get your OZZI container, you are taking part in eliminating traditional disposable take-out containers. OZZI uses state-of-the-art technology to ensure that disposable take-out and other reusable containers are put to eco-friendly use.

Reusable Mug Program

Save some money and help the planet with our reusable mug program. Bring in your own clean, reusable cup or mug and pay the price of a small hot coffee at select dining locations.
